The twelfth verse of the Mandukya Upanishad.
The Upanishad in its final verse says that the Absolute Consciousness, Turiya is without any measure, i.e. no letter or syllable can describe it. It is the non-dual One, without a second so nothing can describe it. This is the Self.
Self = Atman = Brahman = Turiya

Amatra cahturtaha avyavaharyaha prapancho pashmaha shivo dvaita
Evam omkara atma eva samvishati atmanatmanam ya evam veda

Turiya, which is without any measure, which is unrelated to anything, imcomprehensible, where all phenomenon cease, is the all blissful, non-dual AUM. This is truly the Self. One who understands this merges with the divine Self - the part with the Whole
